Being a part of Gamma Phi Beta, or any Greek organization for that matter, means you are a part of something far bigger than yourself. Our letters represent an outpouring of love, endless support, and above all, a lifetime of sisterhood.
During my time as a collegiate member of Gamma Phi Beta I have learned more about myself than I ever thought I would. I cannot wait to see where the Sorority takes me throughout my life for it has already given and taught me so much. I attribute some of my hardest laughs, biggest smiles, and fondest memories to my sisters. It is these women who always encourage me to be better, challenge myself, learn more, and love others with a compassionate heart. I simply cannot imagine life at Virginia Tech without them. Every day, my sisters continue to overwhelm me with pride through their accomplishments and wholehearted devotion to everything that they do. For any time I look up in the night sky and see our symbol, the crescent moon, I instantly smile as I think of the bright sisterhood that I am honored to be a part of.
Our core values of love, labor, learning, and loyalty are what push us to aim higher in every aspect of our lives and are what guide us to become the strongest and most resilient women we can be. While we may only have a few short years in college, our time in Gamma Phi Beta is everlasting.
